Customer Reviews
I had followed Jamie’s work at industry conferences for some time, so when the opportunity arose to build a Disaster Recovery program from the ground up at my current organization, she was the first person I called.
Jamie’s impact was immediate. We faced a complex scoping challenge with very limited resources, but Jamie’s ability to navigate those technical hurdles was impressive. She has a rare gift for knowing exactly which questions to ask—and more importantly, who to ask—to get to the right people in the room for the critical conversations. What stood out most was the level of trust I could place in her. I’ve worked with many consultants where I felt the need to shadow their work or double-check their progress; with Jamie, that wasn't necessary. After a single initial download, she independently navigated all levels of leadership, drafted a comprehensive scoping document, and successfully designed a pilot program that she was able to hand off for quick execution. Jamie is a true relationship management and resilience expert. She bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution consistently and with a smile and a great attitude. If you have the chance to bring her into your organization, take it. — Logistics Customer
Jamie is exactly the kind of business continuity and resilience professional every organization hopes to have. She is someone who not only understands the discipline deeply, but consistently delivers results across a wide range of environments. Whether building a program from the ground up or enhancing a well-established, complex framework, she brings clarity, structure, and forward-thinking strategy to every challenge.
Her expertise spans business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management, but what truly sets her apart is how seamlessly she connects these areas into a cohesive, high-performing resilience program. Jamie combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, designing, implementing, evolving, and communicating programs that genuinely strengthen organizational resilience.
Equally impressive is her ability to engage and influence others. She builds strong, trusted relationships across all levels of an organization and communicates with confidence and precision whether working with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, or external partners. Her professionalism, insight, and collaborative approach make her a standout in any setting.
Jamie is not only an exceptional professional but also a fantastic person to work with. I would highly recommend her to any organization looking to elevate their resilience capabilities.

— Industry leader
We worked together to build out our corporate Disaster Recovery Standard and the supporting tactical documentation for the performers. Jamie’s knowledge of industry best practices, along with her detailed knowledge on how systems work, made her an extremely valuable resource in ensuring that we had a well-designed approach to identify and mitigate risks within our program.
She was instrumental in driving our existing testing agenda to the next level, especially regarding live failovers, while minimizing risk to our customers. Jamie was well liked and respected by her peers on both the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Teams, and had a great working relationship with the support teams responsible for executing recovery testing.
I highly recommend her, and would work with her again if I had the chance!
